Information Collection And Use

Audio And Video Stuff is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Audio And Video Stuff collects information from our users at several different points on our website. Under certain situations, we may release your personal information if required by law, or if we believe the disclosure is necessary to abide by law or to protect our web site or users of our services, or to defend our property. We will only disclose the minimum information that we are required to disclose.

Audio And Video Stuff may use cookies to keep track of your account and shopping cart while you are on the site. A cookie is a small text document stored on the userís hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site and to better serve our customers. If you do not want Audio And Video Stuff to deploy cookies in your browser, you can set your browser to reject cookies or to notify you when a Web site tries to put a cookie in your browser software. Rejecting cookies may affect your ability to use of some of the products and/or services at our Web site.

Registration And Order Forms

Our site's registration and order forms may require users to give us contact information (like their name, organization name and email address), financial information (like credit card numbers) and specific details of their organization's size and technology resources. We use customer contact information from these forms to deliver any goods or services purchased or requested. We also use contact information to send the user information about our company and promotional material on behalf of some of our partners, but only if the user opts-in during the registration/order process. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary.

Even after opting-in, users may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used only to check the users' qualifications for registration and to bill the user for products and services ordered.

External Links

This Web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Audio And Video Stuff is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.

Log Files

We use IP addresses and standard log file information to analyze trends, administer the site, track userís movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to information that identifies you or your organization.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

In the event Audio And Video Stuff goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, usersí personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. See our Notification of Changes section below for more information.

If a user wishes to subscribe to one of our newsletters, ad campaigns or other promotional materials, we ask for contact information such as name, address and/or email address. A user can always opt-out anytime.

This website takes every precaution to protect our usersí information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just Ďsurfingí.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our usersí information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees and contracted third parties who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. These employees and contractors have signed confidentiality and ethics agreements with Audio And Video Stuff to guard against any misuse of Audio And Video Stuff property.

All of our employees use password-protected systems. Furthermore, employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customersí information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.

If you have any questions about the security at our website, please contact us.
